SUBSTANCE: installation consists of first zone (2) in direction (F) of material motion whereat flat work-pieces are fabricated by primary moulding, of second zone (3) positioned behind first zone whereat at least one first rolling device (4) is installed for flat work-pieces rolling, of third zone (5) behind second zone (3) whereat there is installed at least one second rolling device (6) for flat work-pieces rolling and for fabrication of intermediate work-pieces out of them, correspondingly, and of fourth zone (7) whereat there is installed at least one facility (8) for successive treatment of rolled material. The invention facilitates increased efficiency at reduced area occupied with equipment due to transport facility (9) extracting metal item (1) between second zone (3) and third zone (5), transporting the said item and returning it to treatment process between third zone (5) and fourth zone (7). Also transport facility (9) has at least one device (15, 16) for transport of metal item (1) across direction (6) of metal motion.

EFFECT: raised efficiency of installation.
