SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, namely to rolling stock brakes. Proposed equipment comprises brake line with braking clamp control hardware, braking clamps suspensions being arranged in bogie frame guides. Horizontal channels are made in frame guides. Spring-loaded pushers pivoted to bell crank are arranged in said channels to move therein. Said bell crank is mounted on bogie frame to run in its bearings. Bell crank control handle is fitted on the shaft.

EFFECT: expanded operating performances of braking system due to use of car self-braking device.
