FIELD: metallurgy, electrolysis.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to facility and procedure for retention and connection of anode bar to anode frame of aluminium electrolytic cell. The facility consists of two hooks secured on the anode frame. The anode bar is positioned between these hooks. Further, the facility consists of a clamp containing a case with two levers with at least one bearing surface, of two, in essence, co-axial side rods each protruding aside from the lever and designed for arrangement on the hook and of a drive in form of a tightening-up screw which swivels levers around rod axes between a tightened-up position when bearing surface of levers contacts the anode bar and forces it in the direction of the anode frame, in essence, perpendicular to it and a released position whereat bearing surface of the levers does not exert force onto the anode bar. Geometry and structure material of at least one hook, one lever and/or one side rod facilitate sufficient flexible deformation of the facility relative to the anode frame during screw tightening-up. The anode bar is positioned between two hooks secured on the anode frame. The clamp rests of the hooks containing two levers, two coaxial side rods and the screw which swivels levers between hold-down position of the anode bar to the anode frame and a released position.
EFFECT: compensation of changed position of anode frame and further stable retention of this anode frame due to flexible return to its rest position.
