FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: mechatronic sliding bearing consists of case and of bimetallic bushing placed therein. Also an insulated wire is installed in a layer of anti-friction material of the bushing. The case is equipped with an element of electric feed coupled with the insulated wire and a signal device. The insulated part of the wire projects in the layer of anti-friction material at value equal to ultimate wear. When the anti-friction layer of the bushing reaches an ultimate value of wear; insulation of the wire is intensively worn; damaged continuity of insulation causes decrease of current strength in a circuit and correspondingly, power of light in a light diode decreases. Decreased power light on a control device indicates to necessity of the sliding bearing bushing replacement.
EFFECT: raised reliability of system of rotor-support and reduced expenditures at operation by means of control over value of wear of working surface of sliding bearing bushing.
