FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to plain bearings, and can be used in units of mechanisms, machines, rotary machines, which are subject to increased requirements for the reliability of the support unit. The mechatronic sleeve bearing contains housing and a sleeve placed in it, made of an antifriction material, a wear indicator is fixed in the sleeve, made in the form of an open ring, the insulated part of which is recessed into the sleeve by an amount equal to the initial wear. The wear indicator consists of three plates, enclosed in insulation and each having two electrical contacts, the first group of contacts through the corresponding connector is connected to one pole of the electrical power supply, and the second group of contacts is connected through a series-installed corresponding connector, a signal converter and a display is connected to the other pole of the power source.
EFFECT: informativeness of the state of the sleeve bearing during the entire period of its operation, which leads to increased service life of the unit or unit, of which it is included.
