FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device represents passive retrodirective antenna of full polarisation "reception-transmission" of electromagnetic field, polarisation properties of reverse scattering of which in the main tab of directivity pattern may be set arbitrarily by means of control of phase and amplitude of orthogonal (by polarisation) components of retrodirective field. At the same time non-mutual elements - circulators are introduced into tracks of supplying feeders of antenna, to provide for various paths for passage of polarisation-orthogonal components of incident field in process of its reverse reradiation. Setting required parametres of own polarisations and coefficient of reflector nonreciprocity is carried out by means of adjustment of controlled attenuators and phase changes connected into tracks for passage of polarisation-orthogonal components of reradiated field, and also by setting of phase plate orientation angle in round wave guide of retrodirective antenna radiator.
EFFECT: invention provides for the possibility to imitate polarisation properties of any radiolocating reflectors, also with nonreciprocal properties of reverse scattering of electromagnetic field.
