FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in the field of drinks production. Method provides for pumpkin and yacon washing and rinsing at the specified parametres of the process, their separate grinding and finishing to produce appropriate purees. The latter are blended with lemon juice and sugar syrup. Then heating, packing, sealing and sterilisation are carried out.
EFFECT: invention provides for production of new nectar from non-traditional raw materials enriched with biologically active substances, which in chemical composition may be recommended for use in diet nutrition.
