METHOD OF DETERMINING LEVEL OF NERVOUS PROCESS PLASTICITY IN PEOPLE Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC A61B5/16

Abstract RU 2398510 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for determining level of human nervous process plasticity. On the monitor screen a tested person is shown the circumference on which a mark and a point object, moving at a set rate on the circumference, are placed. At the moment of supposed coincidence of position of the moving point object with the mark, a tested person stops movement of the point object on the circumference by pressing the "Stop" button. Error of non-coincidence of the point object and the mark is calculated - time of error of delay with positive sign or anticipation with negative sign, and after the set time movement of the point object on the circumference is resumed. Time of error of non-coincidence of the point object and the mark is plotted on a plane in coordinates "value of error of non-coincidence of the point object and the mark - number of the point object stop in the region of the mark location". The described procedure is repeated, diagram of values of errors of non-coincidence of the point object and the mark t is plotted as function t=f(i), where i=1, 2…n, n is the number of the point object stops in the region of the mark location, until quasistationary regime is obtained, when transition process is completed. Level of nervous processes plasticity is determined by the number of the point object stops in the region of the mark location, made during transition process.

EFFECT: method allows to determine level of nervous processes plasticity in people in a reliable way.
