FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for determining time necessary for teaching to evaluate time of person's response to a moving object. On the screen a tested person is shown the circumference on which a mark and a point object, moving at a set rate on the circumference, are placed. At the moment of supposed coincidence of position of the moving point object with the mark, a tested person stops movement of the point object. Error of non-coincidence of the point object and the mark is calculated - time of delay error with positive sign or anticipation error with negative sign. Error is plotted on a plane in coordinates "value of error of non-coincidence- number of the point object stop". Described procedure is repeated many times. Diagram of values of errors of non-coincidence t is plotted as function t=f(i), where i=1, 2…n, n is the number of the point object stops in the region of the mark location, until quasistationary regime is obtained. Time of teaching is determined by number of stops of the point object in the region of the mark location, made during transition process.
EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for determining time necessary for teaching to evaluate time of person's response to a moving object.
