SUBSTANCE: invention relates to orthodontics and is intended for disguise of orthodontic treatment carried out with application of non-removable equipment, in particular bracket-systems. Esthetic kappa for covering vestibular bracket-systems in case of orthodontic treatment, consisting of plastic vestibular overlays, made with slot for bracket arc, inside overlays above and under brackets two nylon threads are placed, and in negative surface of kappa placed is dental gum, vestibular overlays being made with correct anatomical position of teeth and completely covering brackets.
EFFECT: improvement of patient's outlook in orthodontal treatment of teeth with bracket-systems without obstacles to free movement of teeth.
