FIELD: medicine; oncology; dermatology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the treatment of rhinophyma in combination with basal cell carcinoma. Intravenous injection of photosensitizer Photoran 1 mg/kg of body weight is performed and after 2 hours fluorescent diagnostics and spectroscopy are carried out, and the boundaries of the tumor are clarified. After that, a session of laser irradiation is performed, with the following total dose of remote irradiation: WS — 100 J/cm2; PS — 250 mW/cm2, wavelength — 662 nm and at the same time a session of laser hyperthermia of the altered tissue zone is carried out at a temperature of 43° with a duration of 20 min with PS of 6,000 mW/cm2.
EFFECT: method provides low-traumatic, safe and easily reproducible treatment of rhinophyma and basal cell carcinoma at the same time, due to a combination of non-surgical methods of treatment and determination of the exact boundaries of the tumor.
