FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ice breaking equipment and can be used to break ice blocks during spring ice drift. Proposed device generates dynamic forced under ice cover and comprises casing and floating system. It incorporates flexible system of gas and electric power supply system connected to aforesaid casing to feed power and gas into device. Said casing represents a barrel with flange arranged nearby barrel wall outer edge. Channel is arranged in barrel wall and its flange to accommodate flexible system of gas and electric power supply system. Spark plugs are fitted inside the barrel to ignite gas mix under the device casing barrel. There are gas mix combustion products exhaust holes.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of ice breaking.
