FIELD: gas-and-oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to method for processing heavy hydrocarbon raw material. The method consists in preliminary heating raw material in heat exchangers, in its successive mixing with recycle stock, in dividing produced mixture into hydrocarbon vapours directed to fractionating and into a residual fraction containing elementary sulphur directed to heating in a tubular furnace to 435°C and successive thermolysis in a reactor of two-phase cracking. Residues of thermolysis and vapours of thermolysis are separated. Vapours of thermolysis are directed to fractioning, wherefrom there are extracted sulphur containing hydrocarbon gas, liquid light fractions and residue of a heavy distillate fraction. Additionally, sulphur containing hydrocarbon gas extracted from vapours of thermolysis is oxidised with air oxygen at presence of a catalyst to elementary sulphur which is condensed. Produced hydrocarbon gas containing residual vapours and aerosol of sulphur is subjected to absorption with liquid light fractions where fuel gas is separated and sulphur is dissolved in liquid light fractions. As recycling stock, hydrocarbon gas is mixed with preliminary heated raw material.
EFFECT: increased output of liquid light fractions, reduced coke formation.
