FIELD: gas-and-oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in cleaning fruit from impurities and in crumbling fruit on roller. Before crumbling coriander fruit is moistened to 10-13 % humidity with electro-activated liquid of 9-11 pH; liquid is produced by electrolysis of 10 % water solution of NaCl at current power 0.5-0.6 A, voltage 36 wt and rate of liquids flow (catholyte and anolyte) 5-10 cm3/h and conditioned during 2-24 hrs.
EFFECT: reduced strength of coriander fruit shell.
