FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: carry out the analysis of biochemical indicators of blood serum on aspartattransaminase (AST), alaninetransaminase (ALT), to level of the general protein, urea, a glucose and cholesterol, gammaglutamiletransferase (GGT) in metabolic communication between them. At first estimate level AST, then - ALT, on their parity define metabolism type. Comparison to level of the general fiber defines intensity of synthesis or disintegration of substances of an organism. On urea level define a limit of processes of disintegration of substances in an organism or its safety factor. On protein/urea parity define depth of catabolic shifts, on level of GGT define deficiency of amino acids of an organism, on glucose level characterise depth of pathological and physiological disturbances, definition of level of cholesterol supplements an estimation of a state of health and characterises all metabolism as a whole. On the sum of concentration of cholesterol and glucose define degree of a harmony of changes and convertibility of shifts as a whole an organism.
EFFECT: increase of accuracy of statement of the diagnosis; forecasting and an estimation of a state of health of a human body.
