FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feeding materials, in particular - to composition of feed supplements for farm livestock and birds. The feed supplement comprises iron sulphate, cobaltous carbonate, zinc blende, manganese ascorbate, chopped straw, dolomite lime and carbamide in a definite components proportion. The supplement made on the basis of the specified composition reduces livestock mortality and morbidity, increases milk yield to 12-15%, increases gain in weight of livestock and birds by 12-20%.
EFFECT: low costs of feed supplement and small dose of its introduction (to 5% of feeding standard) improves efficiency of production animals and birds growing.
