FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention intended for use in production of beverages. According to the nectar manufacturing method pears, plums, peaches and feijoa are washed and rinsed at preset process parametres; then the fruits are separately minced and finished to produce corresponding purees. The purees are blended with sugar syrup in a specific ratio. The obtained mixture is heated, packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention enables manufacture of a nectar noted for a composition balanced in terms of a number of biologically active substances to be used for gerontological dietary alimentation.
