FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to produce hoop in metallurgical mini-factory. Complex comprises foundry section with set of steel melting and set of steel pouring into moulds, furnace for heating of casting blocks for rolling and rolling section. Set of steel melting represents arc electric steel melting furnace. Steel is poured in pouring set under controlled pressure with fixed casting chamber and mechanism of flow feed of cassette-crystalliser. Gas flame furnace, induction furnace or electric resistance furnace is used to heat cast blocks. Rolling section is arranged in the form of semi-continuous rolling mill with pressing and continuous group of stands. The following components are installed downstream continuous group of stands - set of accelerated cooldown, refrigerator, scissors for cutting and device for formation of finished produce packs.
EFFECT: simplification of design and improved efficiency of operation.
