FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in producing light shapes at metallurgical mini plants. Steel rolling complex comprises steel smelting and rolling sections. Steel smelting section comprises arc furnace, "furnace-ladle" out-of-furnace processing unit and radial continuous casting unit. Transfer table of continuous casting machine is integrated with rolling section including billet heating furnace, semicontinuous rolling mill, continuous set of stands, rolled stock accelerated cooling unit, rolling mill cooling bed with feed table, fixed stop and run-out table, shears and finished product stacker. Billet heating furnace is located perpendicular to rolling mill axis and parallel with transfer table. Run-out table is arranged along cooling bed on opposite side relative to feed table and directed in opposition.
EFFECT: efficient use of production area, higher efficiency.
