FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building and may be used in abrasive cleaning of cast bar stocks from heat-resistant nickel-based alloys. The following components are mounted on lathe bed plate - mechanism of stock rotation, mechanism of its feed and polishing complex, including spindle unit with abrasive wheel and mechanism of wheel pressing. Polishing complex with abrasive wheel is arranged on vertically placed guides, which are located at the distance from bed plate, providing for arrangement of abrasive wheels rotation axes and stock in vertical plane. Axes of abrasive wheel and stock rotation are parallel to each other. Mechanism of stock feed is arranged in the form of table arranged on guides of bed plate sliding and equipped with ball screw pair.
EFFECT: design provides for high purity of stocks surface, including the ones with various casting defects, and increased efficiency of treatment.
