FIELD: technological processes in machine engineering, namely mounting grinding wheels for deep peripheral grinding of material with tendency for flaw occurring such as burnouts and microcracking, particularly grinding parts at controlling heat flux directed to part. SUBSTANCE: wheel includes odd number of abrasive discs, at least three discs mounted on the same spindle with mutual axial gap and inclined by angle α relative to plane normal to rotation axis. Mean disc has flexible binder and it is mounted with possibility of rotation relative to spindle by means of sleeve whose axes of its outer surface and inner surface are mutually inclined by angle α, and by means of roller radial needle type bearing whose inner race is in the form of above mentioned sleeve. EFFECT: improved design allowing to enhance strength of tool and efficiency of its manufacturing process, improved quality of grinding, increased time period of burnout free operation of wheel. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex
