SUBSTANCE: proposed bolster hanger comprises tie-rods pivoted to bogie frame and tray for flexible elements, limit plates 2 secured on supports 1. Every plate has recess 3 to accommodate collar of small shaft that supports tie-rod. Said plate can be made integral with said support. In manufacturing said support, two billets at a time are machined.
EFFECT: kinematic linkage between plate and bolster hangar shaft collar.
