FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed HPFP comprises common housing and high-pressure sections with electromagnetic control valves. Each section consists of housing, plunger pair and union with delivery valve. Electromagnetic control valve is secured to section housing by electromagnet with valve electric connector directed downward. All sections are arranged in line in common HPFP housing so that said electromagnetic control valves are directed in plan in different directions relative to HPFP axis that crosses axes of sections and turned towards one side till opening the holes intended for attaching sections on HPFP common housing and holes for attaching HPFP on the engine.
EFFECT: optimum and compact design, better protection against mechanical effects.
