FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed single-plunger high-pressure fuel pump with control electromagnetic valve separating high pressure and low pressure lines contains housing with mounting cylindrical surfaces and flange, holes for fastening pump housing, plunger drive from roller tappet of camshaft for delivering fuel at high pressure, control valve arranged square to axis of plunger and interacting with electromagnetic driver, pull-back spring and control valve stop and spaces and channels in pump housing to let in, let out and pressure feeding of fuel. Upper part of pump housing accommodating control valve, fastening holes and spaces for control valve stop, spring and spring plate has width less than or equal to diameter of pump housing mounting surface. Distance between axes of pump fastening holes in direction square to axis of control valve is made less than diameter of said mounting surface. Fastening holes are made in upper part of housing over its height. Two reduced length of control valve spacer between housing of pump and electromagnet is provided with one end face groove for sealing ring arranged from side of electromagnet. To seal joint between end faces of pump housing and spacer, groove for sealing ring is made on end face of pump housing. Ring is limited by valve spring plate from side of inner diameter of ring. When mounting into housing of multiplunger pump, axle of control valve of pump is arranged square to longitudinal axis of multiplunger pump (or camshaft).
EFFECT: provision of single-plunger electrically operated fuel pump of compact design.
