FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: system consists of rigid support frame functioning as bearing surface for power installation and of vibration insulators coupling frame with base. An engine and a diesel-generator are mounted on the support frame through vibration damping pads. The support frame is connected with four vibration insulators secured to a ship bulkhead. The bulkhead is connected with the support frame by means of two spring-damping elements made in form of a rubberised cable. The base of the vibration insulators is connected with a partition of the vessel through the vibration damping element by means of fixture elements. The flexible element consists of a spring, axis of which is perpendicular to the base, and of a lower and upper restrictors of spring run made out of elastomer. The spring interacts with the restrictors via a lower support cartridge and an upper cover enveloping the spring. The upper cover is rigidly connected with a threaded bushing coupled with the frame by means of a screw. The vibration damping element is positioned between the threaded bushing and the frame. The spring is located in the case rigidly joined with the base and connected to the cover. On end surface of the cover there is installed an arrester of frame run made out of elastomer.
EFFECT: upgraded efficiency of vibration isolation and simplified design.
