FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed superstructure comprises load-bearing rigid carcass that makes bearing surface for vibroisolation. Cascade system of vibration isolation comprises vibroinsulators of the lower deck and top deck vibroinsulators and those of captain's bridge. Bottom deck is rigidly jointed with four vibroinsulators secured on the bulkhead of ship underwater part with vibration proof propeller. Said superstructure is connected to said bulkhead by four vibroinsulators. Said vibroinsulators consists of spring with its axis perpendicular to base, lower and upper spring travel limiters made from elastomer. Said spring interacts with said limiter via lower thrust cup and upper cover enveloping said spring. Said upper cover is rigidly jointed with threaded sleeve screwed to carcass. Vibroinsulators is arranged between said threaded sleeve and carcass. Said spring is arranged in the case rigidly coupled with the base and jointed to said cover. Carcass travel limiter made from elastomer is secured on cover face surface.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation and simplified design.
