FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to vibro-damping devices. The ship super-structure consists of a support rigid frame corresponding to a bearing surface for a system of vibro-damping. The system of vibro-isolating consists of a cascade system including vibro-isolators of lower tiers of the super-structure and vibro-damping elements of upper tiers and also of the captain's bridge. The lower tier of the super-structure is connected with four vibro-isolators attached to a ship bulkhead of the bottom of ship with a vibro-isolated propulsion device. The super-structure is connected to the ship bulkhead by means of four elastic damping elements made out of a rubberised cable. Each vibro-isolator of lower tiers contains a lower plate with the central orifice, a side cylinder or conic wall with holes and a plate ring rigidly tied with the wall. In its upper part a cover of the vibro-isolator is connected with the central bushing equipped with a cylinder and threaded orifices, while in its lower part - a collar with conic surface. The elastic element consists of two plate rings: an upper one made out of elastomer, and a lower one made out of voluminous netlike interlacing. Internal surface of each plate ring interacts with the central bushing, while external surfaces interact with surfaces of the cover and base and with conic surface in a lower part of the bushing.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibro-isolation and simplified design.
