FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to vibro-protecting devices for power installations of vessels. The system of vibro-isolation consists of a support rigid frame corresponding to a bearing surface for the power installation. The support frame is rigidly connected to four vibro-isolators attached to a vessel bulkhead tied to the bearing frame by means of two elastic damping elements made in form of a rubberised cable. By means of fasts the base of the vibro-isolators is connected to the vessel bulkhead via the vibro-damping element rigidity of which exceeds rigidity of an elastic element. The elastic element consists of a spring axis of which is perpendicular to the base and of lower and upper arresters of spring travel; also, arresters are made out of elastomer. The spring interacts with the arresters through a lower bearing cartridge and an upper cover enveloping the spring. The cover is rigidly connected with a threaded bushing by means of a screw coupled with the frame of the vessel power installation. The spring is installed in a case rigidly connected with the base and the cover. On end surface of the cover there is secured the arrester of travel of the vessel power installation; the arrester is made out of elastomer. An elastic-damping element in form of a bushing out of voluminous net-like intermeshing is installed inside the spring.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibro-isolation and simplified design of system.
