FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: regenerative burner device for furnace includes burner for periodic introduction of heat and waste gas to furnace during ignition process when combustion fuel and gas is supplied; filtration bed containing refractory particles of filtration medium; supply channel of combustion gas to the burner during ignition and for removal of waste gas from furnace when the above ignition is completed; at that, the above channel provides in-series passage of combustion gas and waste gas through filtration bed; and devices for periodic supply of purifying gas pulse to filtration bed; at that, the above pulse has the force enough for displacement of impurities collected in filtration bed from waste gas. The above devices include purifying gas source, pipeline for supply of purifying gas from the above source to filtration bed and devices for removing purifying gas pulse from source through pipeline. Pipeline has at least one outlet located near filtration bed. Filtration bed is located on gas-permeable support installed above the chamber in which at least one outlet is located so that it faces gas-permeable support. Purifying gas source is made in the form of a tank containing purifying gas under pressure, and outlet devices of purifying gas pulse are made in the form of on/off valve for essentially instantaneous gas removal from the tank to the pipeline. At least one outlet has cross section area actually equal to cross section area of the pipeline connected to the above outlet.

EFFECT: invention allows solving the problem related to contamination of filtration medium of regenerative burners.
