FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ophthalmosurgery and can be used for bleb consistency estimation after antiglaucomatous operations. Immediately after the intervention, a needle attached to a syringe 2.0 ml filled with sterile air is introduced under a neoformed bleb. Thereafter, sterile air 0.5-0.8 ml is injected. A region of the bleb projection is inspected. The bleb tightness is estimated by the presence of a sterile air bubble thereunder.
EFFECT: method provides early diagnosis of bleb inconsistency that enables eliminating said complication immediately without repeated operations required.
