SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to a thread for tightening the soft tissues of the face and body, the thread contains a flexible base including a section on which pairwise parallel locking sections are made, connected by bridges. Each of the stop segments is oriented to the longitudinal axis of a given section at an angle of 5-90°C, has pointed ends or rounded ends or rounded ends with pointed ends, oriented with the ends or pointed ends in opposite directions, and the possibility of fixation in tissues across the longitudinal axis of the section of the stopper segments. The jumpers are made with the possibility of connecting their ends with the opposite ends of the locking segments or connecting the ends of the jumpers with the centers of the locking segments with the possibility of straightening the locking segments when tensioning the thread and setting the ends of each locking segment perpendicular to the axis of the thread. In addition, lifting using a thread of the claimed design has many advantages, namely: reliable fixation in tissues; elasticity; the ability to lift "heavy" tissues; due to the larger area (when unfolding the thread), there is no thread contouring through the skin; achieving a lasting effect; when used as a suture material - securely fixes the edges without contact of the thread with the outer surface of the skin.

EFFECT: ensuring maximum and adequate tissue lifting both in the area with a high mechanical stress on the tissues (lifting the tissues of the upper and lower extremities, chest, abdomen, lifting the tissues in the perineal region), and in areas with minimal mechanical stress on the tissues (when lifting the tissues of the face and neck) due to a certain design of the thread.
