FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to orthopedics and traumatology. Capsule is dissected and cavity of hip joint is entered. Head is displaced from glenoid cavity. Bottom surface is prepared for acetabulum for acetabular component of endoprosthesis. Acetabular component is installed. After that installation of hip component is carried out. Lateral surface in form of ring is removed from hip head. Spherical component of prosthesis is inserted with guide bush into canal-hole in neck and spherical part of prosthesis is got on head stump. After that hole which starts above greater trochanter and goes into natural bone marrow canal, is drilled. Proximal intramedullary pin is introduced into bone marrow canal until external blocking screw gets into oblique pin hole. After introduction of blocking screw, it is screwed into hole of bush of spherical component of prosthesis head and tightened as far as it would go. Cylindrical truncated tip is inserted into hole of upper part of pin in such way that its rounded truncated part rests against lateral surface of blocking screw, and is screwed by means of internal screw as far as it would go.

EFFECT: method ensures recovery of hip joint function, prevention of possible fractures of proximal part of femur in patients with osteoporosis.
