SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology and gynecology. On the operating table, the patient is placed in a lithotomic position, so that the hips and trunk are located in the same horizontal plane. On the skin of the perineum, the boundary lines of the removed tissues are applied: the outer edge of the labia majora is laterally outlined, medially the inner edge of the labia minora is at a distance of 1.5 cm from the opening of the urethra, the skin and dermis are dissected with a scalpel along the marking lines. At the same time, the skin-fat flap of the vulva is separated to the pelvic floor muscles using an ultrasonic scalpel. In this case, the fat tissue is captured for the entire length of the tool jaws and dissected in the “MAX” mode and at the same time hemostasis is performed, after removing the drug, the operation is completed by layer-by-layer suturing of the perineal wound.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to perform surgical treatment in full, reduce local inflammatory reactions of the perineal tissues and ensure healing by primary tension, as well as creating favorable conditions for timely adjuvant therapy in the presence of appropriate indications.
