FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to otolaryngology and plastic surgery. Method includes formation of skin-fatty flap in retroaural area on the basis of posterior auricular artery and its further suturing to defect edges. At the first stage cut out flap is sutured to the edges of auricle and lobe defect with preservation of feeding pedicle of flap. At the second stage feeding pedicle is cut off and used to form lobe.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to improve functional and esthetic results of helix and lobe of auricle defects reconstruction.
