FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for plastics of an external nose in common skin tumors of skin and nose wing. After excision of a scapular tumor and a nose wing from skin of the buccal region of the opposite side, a transposition skin-fat flap is formed. Formed flap is passed through the subcutaneous tunnel of the nasal bridge and placed on the defect. Cartilaginous edge of the nose wing is furnished with a cartilaginous graft from a rib. To close the external defect transposition of skin-fat buccal flap is applied from the same side.
EFFECT: method enables improving functional and aesthetic results of reconstruction of a through defect of a slope and a wing of an external nose by using a complex of transposition skin-fat cheek flaps and a cartilaginous graft from a rib.
