SUBSTANCE: universal litter refers to medical equipment and can be used for the off road transportation. A litter contains a rigid frame in the form of an octagon with tapering head and foot pieces, with fixed and demountable hand grips, clamps and a seat. The seat is pivoted on the frame and supplied with a clamping plate for the lifting at the desired angle. The seat and clamping plate are designed for taping the patient's hips and feet. Two demountable and two fixed hand grips are interconnected by retainers.

EFFECT: better body immovability in transportation is ensured and possibility to incline the litter with the patient to the vertical position.
