SUBSTANCE: portable head lock comprises a base 1, whereon an elastic head pad 2 is mounted. Radial grooves 3 are formed on the periphery of the base from each side and have belts 4 for attaching the head lock base to the board; the radial grooves 5 comprise a forehead lock belt 6 and a chin lock belt 7. Two side head rests 8 are attached on the head lock base 1. Each side rest is configured as a removable element separated by fold lines into three structural sections. The first section represents a vertical wall 9 with a window 10 in the middle and the mounted elastic head pad 11; the second one is a rest base 12, while the third one is configured as a side inclined support 13 with a slot window 14 for mounting and demounting the head rest, and a guide lip 15 for the forehead and chin lock belts 6 and 7. The pad, base and lock belts represent Velcro fasteners. The forehead and chin lock belts have elastic pads and lock rings.
