FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutics. In order to obtain extract from Vitis vinifera seeds carried out are: a) obtaining extract from grape seeds with application of C1-C3-alcohol or mixtures, or its water solutions with water content not more that 90% (vol/vol); b) removal of water-insoluble tannins by cooling the extract from a) stage and filtration and centrifugation of insoluble substances; c) removal of water-soluble tannins by addition of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVPP) to the extract from b) stage; d) separation of products with different molecular weight by chromatographic purification on column that contains sterol-divinylbenzene or acrylic resins.
EFFECT: invention allows to eliminate application of toxic solvents and simplify the method.
