FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method for protection of development drifts in development of slope thick beds includes arrangement of common development drifts in non-worked massif, making unloading drifts and cutting slots, leaving protective pillar between common development drifts and extraction pillars. In massif over common development drifts in front of high side bottomhole at the distance that exceeds zone of supporting pressure, groups of wells are drilled from unloading drift, at the same time diametre of wells is accepted as equal to capacity of productive bed, but at least 0.5 m, and distance between groups of wells is identified on the basis of mathematical expression.
EFFECT: reduced losses of mineral in protective pillar of development drifts with simultaneous preservation of their operational condition.
