SUBSTANCE: invention can be implemented at compressor equipment and it facilitates control over pressure tightness of fitting of "dry" gas-dynamic packing (DGDP) in packing chambers of centrifugal compressor before filling line with pumped gas, where there is used separating gas (air or nitrogen) The device for control over assembly of DGDP of the centrifugal compressor consists of two DGDP each containing two packing modules arranged one after another, a control panel, sources of gas supply, pressure gauges, flow metres, pipelines for supply packing and separating gas into DGDP, and pipelines of withdrawal of gas leaks from the first and second packing modules of DGDP. Also the pipeline of supply of separating gas in it is connected with the pipeline of supply of packing gas and with pipelines of withdrawal of gas leaks from the first packing module of both DGDP by means of additional pipeline. Notably, shut-off accessories are installed on the additional pipeline before points of connection with the pipeline for supply of packing gas and with the pipeline for withdrawal of gas leaks from the first packing module of both DGDP.

EFFECT: raised reliability of operation and reduced period of bringing centrifugal pump into service.
