FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: quantitative determination in vitro of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and human vascular endothelium growth factor (VEGF) in patient's blood serum is carried out by method of ELISA. If VEGF values are 185.66+33.5 pg/ml, bFGF 35.84±2.02 and more pg/ml, fast development and aggressive course of disease, bad response to carried out therapy are predicted. If VEGF values are 72.67±12.3 pg/ml, bFGF 34.06+2.59 pg/ml, slow development and benign course of disease are predicted.

EFFECT: application of invention increases accuracy of estimation of disease development and course, realises prognosis of bad response to carried out therapy in patients with chronic lympholeukemia.
