SUBSTANCE: what is presented is a method for prediction of the aggressive form of chronic lympholeukaemia. DNA is recovered from peripheral venous blood lymphocytes, then amplified and restricted. That is followed by genetic typing of the polymorphous locus 309T>G of MDM2 gene. If observing the genotype GG in the patient, a higher probability of the developing aggressive form of chronic lympholeukaemia is predicted.

EFFECT: using the invention provides higher accuracy of the prediction of the aggressive form of chronic lympholeukaemia at the earliest possible stages of the disease.
