FIELD: medicine, hematology, oncology.

SUBSTANCE: in patient's blood serum due to radioimmunological assay with I125 one should detect the level of β2-microglobulin, and at the level of β2-microglobulin in blood serum being below 5 mg/l at normal creatinine value it is possible to detect benign form of chronic lympholeukosis (CLL), at the level of β2-microglobulin being above 5 mg/l - progressive CLL form. The method enables to perform differential diagnostics at disease onset that gives the chance to detect therapeutic tactics in due time.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of differential diagnostics.
