SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine - oncohematology and can be used to predict the course of chronic lymphocytic leukemia. At the outpatient stage after diagnosis, the level of lymphocytes and the expression of PD-1 and LAG-3 on CD19+ cells in the blood are determined by flow cytometry. At the level of lymphocytes ≥ 67.11%, expression of PD-1 ≥ 40.81% and LAG-3 ≥ 24.62% on CD19+ cells, an unfavorable course of chronic lymphocytic leukemia is predicted.

EFFECT: application of the method makes it possible to predict the course of the disease already at the outpatient stage, in addition to the standard criteria for predicting the course of chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
