FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: conductor design allows decreasing alloy volume and its consumption and increasing active material volume thanks to optimum relation between the number of different-thickness vertical ribs and that of horizontal strings (1.2-1.3). Note here that in every six-nine smaller-section ribs one larger-section rib is located. Note also that, in area of the conductor lug, vertical ribs have varying section at the distance of 15-20 mm from inner frame that increases 1.1 times that increases towards aforesaid lug compared with the section of remaining part of the rib. Note that relation between conductor thickness and larger-section vertical ribs makes 1-1.1, and smaller-section vertical rib thickness and horizontal string makes 1.3-1.5. Relation between larger-section vertical ribs and those of smaller section makes 1.3-1.9. Cross section of vertical ribs and horizontal strings represents quadrate inscribed in circle or in oval with two cut opposite apices that can have rounding-off.

EFFECT: decreased number of rejects, higher mechanical strength, higher electrical conductivity and higher capacity.
