FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: stove comprises heating element, inverter circuit adapted to supply high-frequency current into heating element, infrared sensor, control unit. Infrared sensor comprises element of infrared radiation detection, which is provided at lower side of upper panel (2) for detection of infrared colour quantity radiated from heated object, and amplifier adjusted to amplify signal detected by element of infrared radiation detection. Infrared sensor generates initial value of detection, having substantially permanent amplitude relative to temperature of heated object, when temperature of heated object is lower than temperature of lower detection limit, and generates signal of detection, having amplitude and growth speed, which increase as heated object temperature rises near range of control temperatures, in which control unit adjusts capacity at the output of elements and induction heating, in order to control temperature of heated object. Control unit includes storage unit, serviceable to measure and save initial detection value, and reduces capacity at the outlet of elements and induction heating or stops heating, when added value of output signal from infrared sensor relative to initial value of detection stored in storage unit becomes higher than or equal to specified value. Control unit preserves previously specified value in unit of storage as initial value of detection.

EFFECT: provides for control of heated object temperature.
