SUBSTANCE: apparatus contains a save unit of the first data file containing the coordinates (x0, y0, z0) of the first point grid representing morphological characteristics of a reference extremity, specified points are distributed in a three-dimensional space over a surface of the reference extremity along a sequence of the contours specified on various consecutive marks (Z) of the extremity, a readout unit of the measurements containing one height measurement (H) and set of circle measurements (b, c, g) read on various preset measurement segments (zb, zc, zg), a morphology reproduction unit used to recalculate the coordinates of the first point grid from the first data file considering height measurement (H) and circle measurements (b, c, g), to form and save the second data file containing the coordinates (x, y, z) of the second point grid representing morphological characteristics of the extremity.
EFFECT: reduced number of the readout measurements.
