FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: increase of tuberculous spastic bladder capacity is ensured by the transurethral dissection of mucous and muscular layers of the bladder in a sagittal planes without the neck with using a cycto-urethral resectoscope. The dissection starts in the posterior wall from the interureteric fold along the midline and extends on the apex and anterior wall of the bladder.
EFFECT: method reduces treatment length and provides the stable restoration of urination function.
