SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to urology. At initial stage of prostate enucleation, section of mucous membrane and prostate tissue is made to capsule of prostate from neck of urinary bladder within 1 cm along front surface of prostatic urethra in distal direction. Then, dissection is continued with two incisions along the left and right portions of the prostate in direction of 14 and 22 o'clock points of the conditional clock face to the distal portion of the prostate.

EFFECT: method enables maximum preservation of an external sphincter of the urethra in the anterior distal surface, which reduces the risk of developing postoperative stress urinary incontinence, as well as optimality of surgical access to tissues of hyperplastic prostate and their subsequent enucleation by using anatomical landmarks when performing Y-shaped incision – bladder neck, middle urethra, left and right distal parts of prostate lobes – at the first stage of plasma transurethral enucleation.
