SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical urology. After adenomectomy, prostate adenoma bed is closed. Continuous suture is performed using a synthetic absorbable monofilament suture of polydioxanone 4/0 with 1/2 needle. Suture is started at 7 o'clock of the conditional dial on the lower semi-circle of the urethra with the needle directed from the inside to the outside with the subsequent capture of the surgical capsule of the prostate and further passage of the needle through the neck of the bladder with the capture of the muscular and mucous layers and the formation of a knot. Further, the continuous suture is continued counterclockwise with a similar alternate capture of the above anatomical structures until 9 o'clock of the conditional clock face, and the remaining defect of the bladder neck between the first suture at 7 o’clock and 9 o’clock of the conventional clock face is sutured with the prostate capsule grasping in the transverse direction towards the bladder, as shown in Fig. 3.

EFFECT: method enables improving the quality of treating the patients with large and giant prostate hyperplasia.
